Our dear patient, Mun’im (52 years old from Iraq), had previously undergone a spinal fixation procedure for the L4–L5 vertebrae.

The X-ray images of our dear patient, Mun’im (52 years old from Iraq), illustrate the herniated disc that was compressing the nerves between the L3 and L4 vertebrae.
The herniation was removed, and the vertebrae were stabilized using screws and an interbody cage, along with correcting the alignment and restoring the spine’s natural curvature. The final results demonstrate excellent vertebral stability and a clear improvement in the spinal position post-surgery.
