Lillian: Growing with New Hope.

Lilyan's Journey
Our hero patient Lilyan, 12 years old from Jordan, was diagnosed with spinal curvature at an early age
After carefully studying her case, a curvature correction surgery was performed for her using the Vertebral Body Tethering (VBT) technique, which is a modern technique aiming to preserve natural spinal growth, flexibility, and continued growth.
We share with you this photo from a successful treatment journey, and we are proud of the results that enable young people to continue their growth and their lives normally.
All our surgeries are performed via limited surgical interventions / endoscopy.
X-ray images of our young hero, Lillian (12 years old from Jordan), demonstrate the significant correction in spinal alignment following the procedure, which addressed the curvature extending from the 10th thoracic vertebra (T10) to the 4th lumbar vertebra (L4).
This surgical intervention successfully restored spinal balance at an early age—a critical factor in ensuring healthy and stable development without hindering the natural growth process.
The procedure was performed using the advanced Vertebral Body Tethering (VBT) technique. This cutting-edge technology corrects the curvature while preserving the spine’s natural growth and flexibility, allowing for continued, balanced development without the need for full spinal fusion.
