Our dear patient, Ayat, 32 years old, underwent a precise surgical procedure for the treatment of a herniated disc, performed by Dr. Firas Al-Husban using the latest medical technologies. The operation was successfully completed.
Stay tuned for our upcoming posts to learn more details about the case.
Oblique Lumbar Interbody Fusion (OLIF) The first to perform this procedure in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa is Dr. Firas Al-Husban.
All of our procedures are performed using minimally invasive techniques / endoscopy.
Anteroposterior and lateral X-ray images of our dear patient, Ayat, 32 years old.
The images demonstrate the results of anterior stabilization of the fourth and fifth lumbar vertebrae (L4–L5).
They show spinal stability following fixation, with decompression of the nerves achieved through minimally invasive surgical techniques.
Oblique Lumbar Interbody Fusion (OLIF) The first to perform this procedure in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa is Dr. Firas Al-Husban.
All of our procedures are performed using minimally invasive techniques / endoscopy.
The procedure covered the vertebrae from the 2nd thoracic vertebra (T2) to the 3rd lumbar vertebra (L3). It was performed using the Vertebral Body Tethering (VBT) technique—a growth-modulation method designed to correct curvature while preserving the spine’s natural growth.
The images demonstrate significant improvement in spinal alignment and continued, balanced growth post-surgery.
All our procedures are performed via minimally invasive / endoscopic surgery.
