Our dear patient, Muzamil, 44 years old, from India, suffered from lower back pain for more than 15 years, which later progressed into sciatica, making walking extremely difficult.

X-ray images of our patient, Muzamil, 44 years old, from India, demonstrate the postoperative changes following OLIF surgery at the L4–L5 and L5–S1 levels, along with spinal nerve decompression.
The images show restored spinal alignment and solid stabilization using an interbody cage and screws, with relief of the compression that was causing lower back pain and sciatica.
