Our patient, Mrs. Mona, 40 years old, suffered from chronic lower back pain that significantly affected her mobility and quality of life for a long period.

Anteroposterior and lateral X-ray images of our patient, Mrs. Mona, 40 years old, following anterior lumbar fixation using the OLIF technique with spinal canal decompression.
The procedure involved the L4–L5 vertebrae, and postoperative images showed clear spinal stability and effective nerve decompression.
